dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงคำม่วน สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูสอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงคำม่วน สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว (สปป.ลาว) ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 321 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงคำม่วน สปป. ลาว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหาร (X1) 2) ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน (X2) 3) ปัจจัยด้านชุมชน (X3) 4) ปัจจัยด้านอาคารสถานที่ (X4) 5) ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ (X5) และ 6) ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศ ในโรงเรียน (X6) 2. การบริหารจัดการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงคำม่วน สปป.ลาว โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก 6 ด้าน ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการศึกษาหลักสูตร และการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านประชุมอบรมวิชาการ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์และสื่อการสอน และระดับน้อย มี 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านห้องสมุด 3. ปัจจัยทั้ง 6 ด้านส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการ แขวงคำม่วน สปป.ลาว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัจจัยทั้ง 6 ด้านสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์การบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดแผนกศึกษาธิการแขวงคำม่วน สปป.ลาวได้ร้อยละ 55.40 ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้สมการถดถอยในรูปคะแนนดิบ ดังนี้ Ŷ = .811 + .119 (X2) + .128 (X5) + .102 (X6) + .109 (X3) + .084 (X4) + .098 (X1)	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the factors affecting the academic administration of secondary schools under the Khammouane provincial education service of Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The sample size of this study were 321 teachers in academic year 2012 .The four Likert Scale was used to collect data of this study. The statistical used to analyze the data were arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that: 1. The factors of secondary schools under the Khammouane provincial education service of Lao PDR as a whole was at high level. As each aspect was considered, high level was found in six factors :1) in the aspects of administrators ( X1), 2) teachers (X2), 3)community (X3), 4) building (X4), 5) budget (X5) and 6) atmosphere in the schools (X6). 2. The academic administration of secondary schools under the Khammouane provincial education service of Lao PDR as whole was found at the high level. As each aspect was considered, the six aspects were in the high level such as measurement and evaluation, education supervision, teaching and learning, courses and curriculum implementation, conference workshop, equipment and materials, while the library aspect was found at low level. 3. The six factors affecting to the academic administration of secondary schools under the Khammouane provincial education service was significance of .05. 4. The sixfactors of secondary schools could predict the academic administration of secondary schools under the Khammouane provincial education service of Lao PDR as a whole (Ŷ) at 55.40 % and could cooperatively predict the academic administration with the significant difference of p < .05.
