dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) ของพนักงานบริษัทปิโตรเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ซึ่งประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ พนักงานบริษัทปิโตรเคมีแห่งหนึ่งในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 362 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พนักงานบริษัทปิโครเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยอง มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีการมีส่วนร่วมรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการเสนอความคิดเห็น ก้านการวางแผน ด้านปฏิบัติตามกิจกรรมและด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นเดียวกัน และยังพบว่า พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกันมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (CSR) ของพนักงานบริษัทปิโตรเคมีในเขตพื้นที่นิคม อุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดระยองไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to study the level of participation in the corporate social responsibility (CRS) activities of the employees in Petro-Chemical company in the industrial estate in Rayong. The tool used for the research is questionnaire. The populations under study are 362 employees of one Petro-chemical company in the industrial estate in Rayong. The results indicate that the employees in the Petro-Chemical company in the industrial estate in Rayong have moderate level of participation in the CSR activities in overall. The participation in such part as the participation in proposing ideas, planning, activities implementation, and follow-up and evaluation is a moderate level as well. It is also found that demographics do not affect the level of participation in the CSR activities of the employees in the Petro-Chemical company in the industrial estate in Rayong.	en
