การศึกษาความหลากชนิดของคาลานอยด์โคพีพอดทะเลบริเวณอุทยานแห่งชาติหมูเกาะสุรินทร์จังหวัดพังงา เก็บตัวอย่างระหว่างวันที่ 6-8 เมษายน พ.ศ.2555 จํานวน 12 สถานีโดยใช้ถุงแพลงก์ตอนขนาดช่องตา 330
ไมโครเมตร ลากในแนวราบ เมื่อทําการจําแนกชนิด พบคาลานอยด์โคพีพอดทั้งสิ้น 41 ชนิด 23 สกุล 13 วงศ์
สําหรับการศึกษาความชุกชุมของคาลานอยด์โคพีพอด พบความชุกชุมรวมของคาลานอยด์โคพีพอดทั้งหมดในทุก
สถานีมีค่าอยู่ในช่วง 7-1,666 ตัวต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร โดยพบความชุกชุมรวมสูงสุดในสถานีที่ 3 บริเวณอ่าวไม้งาม
และต่ำสุดในสถานีที่ 9 บริเวณอ่าวสับปะรด ในการศึกษาพบคาลานอยด์โคพีพอดชนิดที่เป็นรายงานครั้งแรกใน
ประเทศไทย 1 ชนิด คือ Pontella denticauda A. Scott, 1909 โดยพบที่บริเวณอ่าวจากและอ่าวไม้งามของเกาะ
สุรินทร์เหนือและพบที่อ่าวผักกาดและบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลด้านทิศตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ของเกาะสุรินทร์ใต้ พบความชุกชุมมีค่าอยู่ในช่วง 8-12 ตัวต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร โดยพบความชุกชุมสูงสุดในสถานีที่ 8 บริเวณอ่าวผักกาด และต่ําสุดในสถานีที่ 1 บริเวณอ่าวจาก สถานีที่ 3 บริเวณอ่าวไม้งาม และสถานีที่ 7 บริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลด้านทิศตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ของเกาะสุรินทร์ใต้มีความชุกชุมเท่ากันทั้งสามสถานีมีค่าเท่ากับ 8 ตัวต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร |

The species diversity of marine calanoid copepods at Surin Islands National Park, Phang
Nga Province was studied during April 6-8, 2012. Marine calanoid copepod samples from 12
stations were collected by using horizontal towed net with 330 micrometer mesh size. A total of 41
species 23 genera and 13 families were reported. Total abundance of calanoid copepods ranged
from 7-1,666 individuals/m^3
. The most abundance of calanoid copepods was found at station 3 (Mai
Ngam Bay) while the lowest abundance of them was found at station 9 (Sapparot Bay). Pontella
denticauda A. Scott, 1909 is a new record of Thailand, which was detected at Jak and Mai Ngam
Bays of North Surin Island as well as Phak Kat Bay and the south western coast of South Surin
Island. Total abundance of Pontella denticauda ranged from 8-12 individual/ m^3. The most
abundance of P. denticauda was found at station 8 (Phak Kat Bay) and the lowest abundance of it
was found at station 1 (Jak Bay), station 3 (Mai Ngam Bay) and station 7 (south western coast of
South Surin Island) with 8 individual/ m^3. |
