dc.description.abstract	การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพสื่อการสอนที่มีหลักการและแนวคิดสนับสนุน มี 2 วิธี คือ (1) เกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/90 (The 90/90 Standard) ตามแนวคิดของศาสตร์จารย์ ดร.เปรื่อง กุมุท และ E1/E2 ตามแนวคิดของศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยยงค์ พรหมวงศ์ เกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/90 เป็นวิธีการที่มีหลักการเรียนแบบรอบรู้ (Mastery learning) เป็นหลักการสำคัญ ส่วนการหา ประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 มีหลักการประเมิน พฤติกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง (กระบวนการ) และการประเมินสุดท้าย (product) มีงานวิจัยจำนวนมาก ใช้วิธีการหาประสิทธิภาพอย่างสับสนปะปนกัน และกำหนดนิยามขึ้นมาใหม่ บทความนี้ จึงเสนอความแตกต่างระหว่างการหาประสิทธิภาพทั้งสองวิธี	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	There are two methods for developmental tesing of media effciency : (1) "The 90/90 Standard" which intiated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pruang Kumut and E1/E2 which initiated by Prof. Dr. Chaiyong Prammawong. The 90/90 standard is a method which supported by mastery learning theory. The E1/E2 gives emphasis on evaluation of process and evaluation of product. Many researchers are confused and created new media efficiency definition. This article attempts to explain the differences between the two techniques.	en
