dc.description.abstract	ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนกรณีการสร้าง โลตัส เอ็กซ์เพรส พบว่าประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการสร้างโลตัสว่าจะส่งผลกระทบต่อชุมชนดังนี้ ๑. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติเศรษฐกิจ ๒. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติสังคม ๓. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติการเมืองการปกครอง ๔. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติวัฒนธรรม ๕. ผลกระทบต่อชุมชนในมิติสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยข้อเสนอของประชาชนกรณีการสร้าง โลตัส เอ็กซ์เพรส คือประชาชนต้องการให้เทศบาลตำบลพานทองรอให้มีการผ่านกฏหมายฉบับต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อน และประชาชนเสนอให้สร้างห่างจากชุมชน ๕-๑๐ กิโลเมตรจากชุมชนอย่างในกรณีต่างประเทศ	th_TH
