dc.description.abstract	การสร้างแรงจูงใจในการเรียนเป็นสิ่งสำคัญของการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพราะว่าแรงจูงใจเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน ซึ่งถ้าครูผู้สอนสร้างแรงจูงใจนี้ควบคู่กับทักษะวิธีการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพแล้ว ย่อมจะทำให้ผู้เรียนบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนได้ดั่งที่ครูคาดหวังไว้ โดยทฤษฏีแรงจูงใจมีแนวคิดที่หลากหลาย แต่ในความเป็นจริงของการเรียนการสอนจำเป็นต้องมีการประยุกต์ใช้อย่างผสมผสาน กลยุทธ์การสร้างแรงจูงใจภายในและแรงจูงใจภายนอก ในบทความนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับกลยุทธ์ การสร้างแรงจูงใจที่มาจากประสบการณ์ของอาจารย์นิเทศการสอนที่ให้คำแนะนำนิสิตปฏิบัติการสอนของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา นำไปสู่นวัตกรรมการสอน กิจกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์ และเทคนิคการสร้างแรงจูงใจที่มีประสิทธิภาพของนิสิตเพื่อการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ	th_TH

So, many principles of motivation was explained to various but in the real instruction must be combine the motivation strategies with intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.
