dc.description.abstract	การเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเป็นการทั่วไป ในวันที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2554 ของจังหวัดชลบุรี ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเลือกตั้งของผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง และผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรที่สังกัดพรรคการเมืองต่างๆจำนวน 8 เขตการเลือกตั้ง โดยพบว่าการเลือกตั้งครั้งนี้เป็นการแข่งขันกันระหว่างผู้สมัครที่มาจากพรรคการเมืองที่สำคัญ 3 พรรค คือ พรรคประชาธิปัตย์ พรรคเพื่อไทย และพรรคพลังชล ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งในจังหวัดชลบุรีส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการเลือกตั้งโดยลงคะแนนให้กับผู้สมัครรับเลือกตั้งที่สังกัดพรรคการเมืองที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงอุปถัมภ์ทางการเมืองกับกลุ่มนักการเมืองท้องถิ่น ในการเลือกตั้งมีการใช้กลไกหัวคะแนน หัวคะแนนมีบทบาทสำคัญในการชักจูงผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งให้ไปใช้สิทธิลงคะแนนให้กับผู้สมัคร บรรยากาศความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองในระดับประเทศ ระหว่างกลุ่มเสื้อเหลืองกับเสื้อแดง ความขัดแย้งดังกล่าวมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการลงคะแนนเสียงการเลือกตั้งของผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งในจังหวัดชลบุรี มีผลทำให้เกิดพรรคพลังชล ผู้วิจัยจึงศึกษาในเขตการเลือกตั้งจำนวน 8 เขต ที่มีพื้นฐานคะแนนจัดตั้งทางการเมืองที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งผลการเลือกตั้ง พรรคพลังชลได้รับการเลือก 6 ที่นั้ง จากจำนวน 8 เขตการเลือกตั้ง ในขณะที่ผู้สมัครจากพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ และพรรคเพื่อไทย ได้รับเลือกพรรคละ 1 ที่นั่ง ความสำเร็จของพรรคพลังชลมาจากปัจจัยสำคัญคือ ความเกรงใจที่ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งมีต่อพรรคพลังชล และความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงอุปถัมภ์ภายใต้เครือข่ายการเมืองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดชลบุรี แม้ว่าผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งส่วนใหญ่จะมีความนิยมในตัวนโยบายของพรรคเพื่อไทยและพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ก็ตาม สังเกตได้จากคะแนนเสียงในระบบเขตเลือกตั้งที่มีความแตกต่างกับคะแนนเสียงในระบบบัญชีรายชื่อ พฤติกรรมการเลือกตั้งของผู้ที่ลงคะแนนในช่องไม่ประสงค์เลือกผู้ใด หรือโหวตโน มีผลต่อผู้สมัครจากพรรคประชาธิปัตย์	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The general election held in July 3, 2011 in case of eight constituencies in Chonburi province. The researcher has studied the behavior of the voters and the candidates in each constituencies and came across that this genaral election in Chonburi is the arena of the competition among the candidates from three major political parties; Democrat Party,Pheuthai Party and Palangchon Party. The majority of Chonburi voters have tended to cast the ballots for the candidates who have associated with or affiliated to the political party which has the strong base in the local groverment; in terms of the patron-client basis. During the election, most political parties have, as usual, the vote canvassers to mobilize the voters. Normally the effective canvassers are the local politicians; the head of village: Phuyaiban and the sheriffs: Kumnan. This reserch obviously shows that within the air of political conflict among the redshirt and the yellow shirt this political enviroment leaded to the formation of Palangchon Party and affectes the voting behavior of Chonburi voters. The election result is Palangchon Party gain 6 seat. The success of Palangchon Party has mainly come from the voters' consideration to the saga of Khumpluem family and the quid pro network among the upper tier and lower than the ballots in its Party's List box. Lastly the researcher has posted the observation about the number of the vote-no ballots are the vital factor that trigger to the loss of, at least, two candidates from the Democrat Party	en
