dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฏการณ์วิทยาของไฮเดกเกอร์ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายการตายดีตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ป่วยที่พักรักษาในโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดจำนวน 5 คน เก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือน มิถุนายน 2554 ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม 2554 โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และการสังเกต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามขั้นตอนของ Cohen, Kahn & Steeves (2000) ผลการศึกษาพบประเด็นหลักเกี่ยวกับการตายดีตมการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง รวม 4 ประเด็น คือ การไม่มีความทุกข์ทรมาน การยอมรับการตาย การไม่เป็นภาระของครอบครัว และ การได้อยู่กับครอบครัว ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจที่ลึกซึ้งถึงการตายดีตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งทำให้สามารถนำมาเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแนวทางการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเกิดการตายที่ดีต่อไป	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	A qualitative research based on Heideg-gerian phenomenology aimed to describe good death as perceived by the cancer patients. Five informants who were the patients at a cancer hospital in Chon Buri were purposively selected. Data were collected b in-depth interview and observation. Cohen, Kahn and Steevess (2000) steps guided data analysis. Four themes of good death as perceived by the cancer patients emerged, which were no suffering, acceptance of death, not being burden of family, and bring with family. This findings provide deep understanding of good death as perceived by the cancer patients. It can be basic foundation for nurses to promote good death nursing care in cancer patients	en
