รูปแบบการจัดบริการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุแบบไปกลับในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา (ระยะที่ 3)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบไปกลับในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย โดยแบ่งการดาเนินการเป็น 3 ระยะ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ดำเนินการในระยะที่ 3 มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการประเมินรูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบไปกลับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนักวิชาการด้านการดูแลผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 15 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบไปกลับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่ารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบไปกลับมีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้ในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นในภาพรวม 0.93 สำหรับค่าความเชื่อมั่นรายด้านใน ด้านขอบเขตและเป้าหมาย ด้านผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของรูปแบบ ด้านความชัดเจนและการนำเสนอด้านการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และด้านความเป็นอิสระ มีค่า 0.92, 0.92, 0.91, 0.94, 0.91 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ สาหรับผู้ให้บริการที่ต้องการนำรูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุแบบไปกลับไปใช้ควรพิจารณาถึง ความต้องการและความคาดหวังของผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ผู้ให้บริการ และผู้ที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และความเหมาะสมกับบริบทของพื้นที่ This participatory action research was aimed to develop an elderly day care model in the university hospital. This research project consists of three phases. This phase was the third phase of this project and the objective of this phase was to evaluate the appropriation of elderly day care services model. Fifteen professional and academic expertises of elderly care were recruited to participate in this study. The collected data were used evaluation form for the appropriation of the new model and analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results were showing that the elderly care model was appropriate to use in the university hospital context and the overall reliability was 0.93. For the reliability in subcategory showed that the reliability of scope of purpose, stakeholder involvement , rigor and development, clarity and presentation, applicability and editorial independence were 0.92,0.92, 0.91,0.94,0.91, and 0.97 respectively. In order to apply this model in another area, health care providers should consider the target population , health care service providers, and other stakeholder expectations and need as well as the context of their area.
