dc.description.abstract	โครงการการวางแผนเชิงพื้นที่ทางทะเล ตำบลคลองขุด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการวางแผนเชิงพื้นที่ทางทะเลอย่างเหมาะสมและยั่งยืน โดยอาศัยข้อมูลพื้นฐานและการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพื้นที่ภายในตำบลคลองขุดนำไปสู่การร่างเขตการใช้ประโยชน์พื้นที่ และจัดทำแผนการบริหารจัดการเชิงพื้นที่ทางทะเลตำบลคลองขุด ที่สอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมทางทะเลและความต้องการของผู้ใช้ประโยชน์ โดยประยุกต์ใช้ตัวชี้วัดในการประเมินดัชนีคุณภาพทางทะเล (OHI) เป็นเครื่องมือในการแสดงสถานภาพทางทะเลปัจจุบัน และวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มเพื่อป้องกันและลดผลกระทบจากปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต จากการประเมินพบว่าพื้นที่ตำบล คลองขุด มีสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจและทรัพยากรระบบนิเวศแหล่งที่อยู่อาศัยค่อนข้างดี แต่มีแนวโน้มที่การท่องเที่ยวและความหลากหลายของชนิดพันธุ์จะลดลง ขณะเดียวกันชาวประมงพื้นบ้านมีการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรและสร้างกำไรได้ค่อนข้างสูง แต่มีบทบาทในการกำหนดราคาน้อย คะแนนของเป้าหมายนี้จึงมีแนวโน้มที่จะลดลงในอนาคต อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อนำการประเมินดัชนีคุณภาพทางทะเลมาประยุกต์ใช้ในระดับพื้นที่ตำบลคลองขุด ยังพบข้อจำกัดในการสะท้อนสภาพความเป็นจริงในระดับท้องถิ่นได้อย่างละเอียด เช่น ในการประเมินเป้าหมายย่อยด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำชายฝั่ง ซึ่งตัวชี้วัดที่ใช้อาจไม่เหมาะสมเพียงพอกับพื้นที่ เพาะเลี้ยงขนาดเล็กจึงควรมีการพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทท้องถิ่นในอนาคต	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	he Marine Spatial Planning Project for Khlong Khut Subdistrict aims to develop appropriate and sustainable marine spatial planning by utilizing fundamental data and spatial usage within the area. This initiative leads to the drafting of zoning plans and the development of a marine spatial management plan that aligns with the marine environment and stakeholder needs. The Ocean Health Index (OHI) was applied as a tool to assess the current marine status and analyze trends to mitigate future impacts. The assessment found that the Khlong Khut area maintains relatively good economic (LE) and ecological conditions (HAB). However, there is a declining trend in tourism (TR) and diversity of species (SPP), while local fishermen (AO) have substantial access to resources and profitability but limited pricing power, suggesting that the scores for this goal may decrease in the future. Despite its utility, the application of the OHI at the local level revealed limitations in reflecting the area's true conditions, particularly in the sub-goal of coastal aquaculture (MAR), where current indicators may not be well-suited for small-scale operations. Therefore, it is recommended that more locally relevant indicators be developed to improve future assessments.	th_TH
