dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ข้อ คือ 1. เพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านศิลปะการละครเพื่อการปรับเปลี่ยนคุณลักษณะภายในสำหรับพัฒนามนุษย์ในสังคมร่วมสมัยจากประสบการณ์ของไทยและต่างประเทศ และ 2. เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายคนทำงาน ระหว่างนักวิชาการ นักวิชาชีพ บุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจแนวทางศิลปะการละคร ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ค้นคว้าเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง จัดกระบวนการสัมภาษณ์ผู้รู้ และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศักยภาพของศิลปะสามารถนำพาผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมก้าวข้ามความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ไปสู่สภาวะทางกายและประสบการณ์เชิงความรู้สึก ศิลปะการละครสามารถทำให้ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมกลับมาย้อนดูประสบการณ์ภายในตัวเองผ่านกาย จิตใจ และสมอง สามารถสร้างปรับเปลี่ยนคุณลักษณะภายในมนุษย์ จากการค้นคว้างานวิจัยและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมละคร สามารถสร้างคุณลักษณะภายในในบริบทสังคมร่วมสมัย คุณลักษณะภายในบุคคลปรากฏ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการเกิดเผชิญหน้ากับสถานการณ์ด้วยสติปัญญาของตนเอง มีความเข้าใจตนเอง รู้เท่าทันโครงสร้างสังคมและธรรมชาติแวดล้อมที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงในทุกขณะ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research has two objectives: To create knowledge about the Transformation of Inner Human Characteristics through Drama for human development in contemporary society from Thai and foreign experiences. 2. To create a network of working people, Academics, professionals, and the general public who are interested in approaches to dramatic art. Using qualitative research methods and related documents, Organize an interview process for knowledgeable people and focus groups. The research findings indicate that drama has the potential to take participants beyond knowledge and understanding and into physical states and sensual experiences. Through dramatic art, participants can reflect on their internal experiences through their bodies, minds, and brains. The research and interviews with key informants suggest that drama activities can create and change human characteristics, enabling participants to face situations with intelligence, have self-understanding, and be aware of the social structure and natural surroundings that are constantly changing.	th_TH
