dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัย เรื่อง ระบบภาระงานอาจารย์นี้เป็นวิจัยระบบ พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อมุ่งเน้นที่จะนำผลการวิจัยมาเพื่อปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพ ประสิทธิภาพ ของการดำเนินงานในองค์กร ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้จะทำการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การประมวลผลภาระงานในด้านต่าง ๆ ของอาจารย์แพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1. สำรวจความต้องการและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทางานของระบบจากเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบ 3. ทดลองการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ จากเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องและอาจารย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา 4. ประเมินผลการพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบจากเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องและอาจารย์แพทย์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของการใช้งานอยู่ที่ (3.88) จัดอยู่ในระดับ มาก ผู้ใช้งานระบบให้คะแนนความสะดวกในการใช้งาน อยู่ที่ (3.68) จัดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในส่วนของการตอบสนองของข้อมูลนั้น ผู้ใช้งานส่วนใหญ่ ลงความเห็นว่ามีการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็วของระบบและหารลดการใช้ทรัพยากรนั้น อยู่ในระดับ มาก ที่ค่าเฉลี่ย (4.04) อีกทั้งความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ยังมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงถึง 3.96 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมาก ในเรื่องความถูกต้องของข้อมูล อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.84 และการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 3.80 อยู่ในระดับ มาก หน่วยงานหรือองค์การด้านวิจัยสามารถนำผลการวิจัยนี้ไปพัฒนาและประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อจัดกระบวนการบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ	th_TH

As for the response of the information most users It was concluded that the system's responsiveness and resource utilization were at a very high level at an average (4.04) as well as data security. Still has a high average of 3.96, which is a high level. on the accuracy of the information at a high level with an average of 3.84 and an average of 3.80 for utilization, at a high level.
