dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบพรรณนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ สำรวจสถานการณ์การติดเชื้อโควิด-19 และการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ในผู้ป่วยที่มารับการรักษาทางเวชกรรมฟื้นฟูในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยอาสาสมัครผู้เช้าร่วมงานวิจัยมีช่วงอายุระหว่าง 20 – 82 ปี จ านวน 166 คน โดยสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามในระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2023 ถึงปี ค.ศ. 2024 โดยอาสาสมัครผู้เข้าร่วมงานวิจัยจะได้รับแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามได้แก่ เพศ อายุ และการวินิจฉัยโรค ข้อมูลการติดเชื้อและความรุนแรงของการติดเชื้อโดวิด-19 ที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงการรักษาและประวัติการเข้ารับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโดวิด-19 ในช่วงระยะเวลาที่มีการระบาดใหญ่ ผลงานวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 69.9 และเพศชายร้อยละ 30.1 เคยได้รับการติดเชื้อโรควิด-19 ทั้งสิ้นร้อยละ 53 และส่วนใหญ่มีอาการเพียงเล็กน้อย ได้แก่ ไข้ ปวดเมื่อย แต่ไม่มีภาวะปอดอักเสบ และการติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ไม่สัมพันธ์กับจำนวนเข็มของวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ที่เคยได้รับ นอกจากนี้ผู้รับบริการส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อการเข้ารับบริการฉีดวัคซีนโควิด ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่า สถานการณ์การติดเชื้อโควิด-19 ในผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการทางเวชกรรมฟื้นฟูโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ส่วนใหญ่ทำให้เกิดอาการเจ็บป่วยเพียงเล็กน้อย และการติดเชื้อไม่สัมพันธ์กับการได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This is a descriptive research study aiming to survey the situation of COVID-19 infection and vaccination among patients receiving physical medicine and rehabilitation services at Burapha University Hospital, Chonburi Province. A total of 166 volunteer participants, aged between 20 and 82 years, were surveyed using questionnaires from 2023 to 2024. Participants provided information on their demographics (gender, age, and diagnosis), history of COVID-19 infection and severity, treatment, and vaccination history during the pandemic. The study found that 69.9% of patients were female and 30.1% were male. A total of 53% had previously been infected with COVID-19, with most experiencing only mild symptoms such as fever and body aches, but no pneumonia. COVID-19 infection was not associated with the number of vaccine doses received. Furthermore, the majority of service recipients were satisfied with their COVID-19 vaccination experience. In conclusion, the COVID-19 infection situation among patients receiving physical medicine and rehabilitation services at Burapha University Hospital generally resulted in mild illness, and infection was not related to receiving COVID-19 vaccines.	th_TH
