dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อ ศึกษาการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อ การเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคารและธุรกิจต่างประเทศ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคาร และธุรกิจตางประเทศ จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาตนเองของ พนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคารและธุรกิจ ต่างประเทศ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคารและธุรกิจต่างประเทศ จํานวน 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวม ข้อมูล ได่แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ การเกษตร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคารและธุรกิจต่างประเทศ โดยภาพรวมพบว่า มีการพัฒนาตนเองอยู่ ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านความมีคุณธรรม และความรับผิดชอบ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการปรับปรุงตนเอง และอันดับสุดทาย คือ ด้านทักษะ การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ผลการเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาตนเองของพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อ การเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคารและธุรกิจต่างประเทศ จําแนกตามปัจจัย ส่วนบุคคล พบว่า กลุ่มพนักงานธนาคาร สังกัดฝ่ายการธนาคารและธุรกิจต่างประเทศ ที่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 51-60 ปี สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี ระยะเวลาในการทํางาน 6-10 ปี และรายได้ 15,001-30,000 บาท มีการพัฒนาตนเองมากกว่ากลุ่มอื่นในแต่ละปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาตนเอง คือ ควรจัดอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อเพิ่มพูนทักษะ การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์แก่พนักงานธนาคารทุกระดับ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to examine self development of bank staff in the division of banking and international business at a bank for agriculture and agricultural cooperatives and to compare their level of self development as classified by personal factors. The population participating in this study was 110 bank staff working for the division of banking and international business at a bank for agriculture and agricultural cooperatives. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The test statistics employed to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and a comparison of means. The results of the study showed that the level of self development among bank staff was found at a high level. Specifically, the aspect of justice and responsibility was rated by the subjects with the highest means, followed by the aspect of self development, and the use of information technology, respectively. Also, based on the comparison, it was found that the level of self development among bank staff who were male, aged 51-60, married, holding an educational level higher than a bachelor’s degree, with a work length of 6-10 years and monthly income of 15,001-30,000 baht was found at higher level than other groups of bank staff. Based on the result, it was also suggested that computer training should be organized for every level of bank staff in order to increase their computer skills.
