การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร่างและยืนยันโมเดลการจ้างงานสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในอุตสาหกรรมยายยนต์ไทย โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม ด้วยกลยุทธ์การสำรวจเป็นลำดับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการพัฒนาเครื่องมือ โดยเริ่มจากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีทฤษฎีฐานราก เพื่อสร้างโมเดลการจ้างงานสำหรับผู้สูงอายุด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 32 คน จากนั้นจึงใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อยืนยันโมเดลด้วยข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ที่ได้จากการสำรวจความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อโมเดลที่สร้างขึ้นจากผู้บริหารหน่วยงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์และพนักงานผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 308 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโมเดลการจ้างผู้สูงอายุในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทยที่ประกอบด้วยแนวทางการจ้างงานผู้สูงอายุ การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการจ้างงานผู้สูงอายุและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจ้างงานผู้สูงอายุ มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดีทุกด้าน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการจ้างงานผู้สูงอายุในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ไทย สำหรับการวิจัยในอนาคต ควรทำการสำรวจอุปสงค์และอุปทานการจ้างงานผู้สูงอายุในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และนำโมเดล
การจ้างงานผู้สูงอายุในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์นี้ไปศึกษาต่อยอดและประยุกต์ใช้ในภาคส่วนอื่น เช่น ภาคบริการ ภาคการเกสร เป็นต้น |

This research aims at developing and confirming an elderly employment model for the Thai automotive industry. The mixed methods research methodology was utilized by employing sequential exploratory strategies. Instrumental development approach was used for data analysis. Starting from the qualitative approach, grounded theory was employed by using the in-depth interview method to develop an elderly employment model. Thrity-two key informants were Interviewed in this phase. To confirm the model, a quantitative approach was employed by surveying the opinion of total 308 elderly workers and Human Resource managers regarding the model. The findings revealed that the model for the Thai automotive industry; which comprised of elderly employment approach, preparation for elderly employment and key success factors of elderly employment, was at a good-fit. This finding reflects the essence of elderly employment in the Thai automotive industry. For further research, demand and supply of elderly employment in the Thai automotive industry is suggested. Extending this model to other sectors, for e.g. Service sector, agricultural sector, should be addressed. |
