dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรูปแบบฉบับเต็ม รวมถึงเปรียบเทียบปัญหา และอุปสรรคจำแนกตามประเภทของผู้ใช้และระดับการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ โดยถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นิสิต อาจารย์ นักวิจัย บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และบุคคลาภายนอกที่ใช้ฐานข้อมูล ระหว่างวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2552 - 20 เมษายน พ.ศ.2553 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ จำนวน 400 คน และได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 334 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.50 ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์และประมวลผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ โดยใช้สถิติค่า ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน อและการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) แล่ค่า t-test ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า เป็นผู้ใช้ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมีสถานภาพเป็นนิสิต มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท/ ปริญญาเอก สังกัดอยู่ในคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มากที่สุด และมีความถี่ในการเข้าใช้ 2-5 ครั้ง ในรอบระยะเวลา 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา 2. การใช้ฐานข้อมูลเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรูปแบบฉบับเต็มของสำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ส่วนใหญ่ทราบแหล่งข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์ของห้องสมุด วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลคือ ทำเพื่อวิทยานิพนธ์ มีวิธีการสืบค้นข้อมูลจากคำอธิบายวิธีใช้จากหน้าจอ ประเภทของข้อมูลที่ต้องการคือ วิทยานิพนธ์ และค้นข้อมูลปีปัจจุบัน- ข้อมูลย้อนหลังไม่เกิน 5 ปี ใช้ระยะเวลาในการสืบค้นข้อมูลมากกว่า 60 นาที ช่วงเวลาในการสืบค้น เวลา 12.01-18.00 น. และใช้วิธีการในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลโดยจัดเก็บลงใน Handy Drive/ Flash Drive ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีการกลับมาใช้ฐานข้อมูลและมีความต้องการรูปแบบที่เป็นดิจิทัล 3. ความพึงพอใจในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรูปแบบฉบับเต็ม พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ข้อ ได้แก่ ฐานข้อมูลมีเนื้อหาที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนและการทำงาน และสามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลเอกสารฉบับเต็มทั้งปีปัจจุบันและปีย้อนหลังได้ 4. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในรูปแบบฉบับเต็ม พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับน้อยเช่นกัน มีเพียง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านเนื้อหา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 5. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ฐานข้อมูล พบว่า ประเภทของผู้ใช้ และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ฐานข้อมูลโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน	th_TH
