ปัญหาในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจ

Abstract

ในงานวิจัยนี้ คณะผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาปัจจัยปัญหาในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจ โดยจำแนกตามลำดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา และสาขาของนิสิตที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจำนวน 234 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายจากนิสิตคณะการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจและหลักสูตรบัญชีบัณฑิต และนิสิตคณะโลจิสติกส์ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจเป็นครั้งแรก ในภาคต้น ปีการศึกษา 2552 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจของนิสิตในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายปัจจัยปัญหาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเป็นอันดับหนึ่งคือ ด้านการทบทวนและการทำแบบฝึกหัดของผู้เรียน รองลงมาคือ ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการนำความรู้พื้นฐานมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผล ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอน 2. นิสิตที่มีระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาต่างกัน มีปัญหาการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจในภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ (ถอนรายวิชา) มีค่าสูงกว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษาตามเกณฑ์ (กำลังศึกษารายวิชา) ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายปัจจัย 3. นิสิตที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจเป็นครั้งแรก ในภาคต้น ปีการศึกษา 2552 ที่มาจากสาขาวิชาที่ต่างกัน มีปัญหาการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการเงินธุรกิจในภาพนวม และรายปัจจัยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 In this research paper, we examine the relevant factors that generate problems in learning and teaching process of the subject “Business Finance” Samples are categorized based upon the level of study achievement and the major (department) in which the samples are studying. Our samples are randomly. Collected using simple random sampling technique. As a result, our sample size is 234 students who register the subject in academic year 2009 from different majors including Accountamcy, Human resource Management, and Logistics. The research tool adopted in this study is five-interval rating scale questionnaires while statistics analysis is conducted using the mean, the standard deviation, the t-test and the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) The main findings are discussed below: 1. In overall, problem related to learning and teaching process of the subject “Business Finance” is ranked in the intermediate level. Further analysis shows that the factor having the highest mean value is self-study and self-practicing at home followed by course content, fundamental knowledge of student, evaluation process, respectively. While, the learning and teaching process has the lowest mean value. 2. The results show that students with different levels of study achievement significantly have different level of problem. Students with lower level of study achievement record higher score in both overall and factors level. As a result, the higher mean value from this group of student is observed. 3. The results reveal that students, who register this subject for the first time in the academic year 2009, with different major of study significantly have different level of problem in both overall and factors level.
