dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพ ศึกษาสมรรถนะ ในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษกับสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอแกลง สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียน ในอำเภอแกลง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 253 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ตอนที่ 1 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก รายข้อระหว่าง .23-.76 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .91 และตอนที่ 2 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกกรายข้อระหว่าง .37-.76 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (r) (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอแกลง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. สมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอแกลง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอแกลง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were to study the transformational leadership of school administrators, work completency of teacher and the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and work completency of teachers in Klaeng District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The sample used in this reacarch were 253 teachers in Klaeng District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, in the academic year 2016. The intruments used for data collection was 5 point-rating scale questionnaire. The first part had discrimination power between .23 and .76, the reliability coefficient was .91, and the second part consisted had discrimination power between .37 and .76, the reliability coefficient of .89. Statistics used for analyzing the data were means, standard deviations and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of research were: 1. The transformational leadership of school administrators in Klaeng District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, both overall and individual aspects were at high level. 2. The work completency of the teachers, both overall and individual aspects, were at high level. 3. The was a positive correlation between school administrators’s transformational leadership and work completency of the teachers, at .05 significance level.
