dc.description.abstract	วิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับ สภาพปัญหา และหากลยุทธ์การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน ประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 552 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล มีจำนวน 2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 มี 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่ ฉบับที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .57-.85 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 ฉบับที่ 2 เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง เพื่อใช้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพยืนยันข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณตามผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลฉบับที่ 1 และส่วนที่ 2 ใช้ในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างใช้ในการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) เพื่อหากลยุทธ์การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) สรุปผลการอภิปรายนำเสนอเป็นความเรียงในรูปการบรรยายเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 ผลการวิเคราะห์ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ให้ข้อมูล พบว่า 1) ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการตัดสินใจ และมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการน้อยที่สุด 2) ประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการประเมินผล และมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์น้อยที่สุด 3) ครูมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการประเมินผลมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ และมีส่วนร่วมในการผลประโยชน์มากที่สุด และ 4) ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการตัดสินใจมากที่สุด ส่วนที่ 2 กลยุทธ์การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 7 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์การระดมพลังสมองสองมือสร้างภาพลักษณ์ใหม่แห่งโลกอนาคต กลยุทธ์ตลาดนัดวิชาการ กลยุทธ์การสร้างระบบการประเมินผลในหลายมิติ กลยุทธ์การปรับวิธีเรียนเปลี่ยนวิธีสอน กลยุทธ์การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิตอลเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์เชิงรุก กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมคลังความรู้ให้กับชุมชน และกลยุทธ์ การสร้างแรงจูงใจและรางวัลทางสังคม ตามลำดับ
