dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติกับการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนตามแนวคิด 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse และ Recycle) ของประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลหนองตะพาน อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหัวหน้าครัวเรือนหรือตัวแทนครัวเรือน จำนวน 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลทั่วไป ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือน ตามแนวคิด 3Rs มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.82, 0.74 และ 0.85 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นตัวแทนครัวเรือน ร้อยละ 56.8 เป็นหญิง ร้อยละ 67.7 อายุเฉลี่ย 49.7 ปีจบการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 36.7 ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรและรับจ้างจำนวนเท่ากัน ร้อยละ 23.2 ประชาชน ร้อยละ 62.2 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนตามแนวคิด 3Rs ในระดับน้อย คะแนนเฉลี่ย 10.5 คะแนน (SD = 2.53 คะแนน) ประชาชนมีทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนตามแนวคิด 3Rs ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 70.0 โดยทัศนคติมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 74.5 คะแนน (SD = 7.94 คะแนน) และการปฏิบัติมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 36.65 คะแนน (SD =7.74 คะแนน) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนตามแนวคิด 3Rs อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ 0.205 (p-value =0.01) ดังนั้น จึงควรมีการวางแผนในการจัดกิจกรรมรณรงค์ให้ความรู้ และทัศนคติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตามแนวคิด 3Rs ให้แก่ประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study aimed to investigate the relation between knowledge, attitude and practice regarding the solid waste management in the household base on3Rs concept (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) of people in Nongtaphan Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Khai district in Rayong province. The sample was consist of the household head or representative of household 220 household. Data were collected by the interview schedule, comprise of general data, knowledge, attitudes and practices about the solid waste management in the householdbase on 3Rs concept , there was reliability coefficient alpha of 0.82, 0.74 and 0.85 respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Coefficient Correlation. This study found that, the most were 56.8 % of representative of household, were women 67.7 %, average age 49.7 years, graduated primary education 36.7 %, were agriculture equivalent to employee 23.2%. 62.2 % of people who had the knowledge about the solid waste management in the household base on3Rs concept at low level, average score 10.5 (SD = 2.53), they had attitudes and practice about the solid waste management in the household baseon3Rs concept at moderate level (70.0 %), attitudes had average score 74.5 (SD = 7.94) and practice had average score 36.65 (SD = 7.74). The study found that, attitudes be correlated with practice about the solid waste management in the household base on 3Rs concept significantly, there was correlation coefficient 0.205 (p-value = 0.01). Therefore, it should be planned continuously to improve knowledge and attitude about solid waste management base on 3Rs concept.
