dc.description.abstract	เก็บตัวอย่างอวัยวะของแมงดาทะเล โดยผ่านขั้นตอนทางพาราฟินเทคนิค การตัดเนื้อเยื่อหนาประมาณ 6 ไมครอน และย้อมสี H+E และ Masson's trichrome พบว่าระบบห่อหุ้มร่างกายมีเยื่อบุผิวเเบบ stratified squamous epithelium with keratin ระบบย่อยอาหารถูกแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ชั้น tunica mucosa, lamina propria-tunica submucosa, tunica muscularia, tunica serosa ช่องปาก, หลอดอาหาร และกึ๋นมีเยื่อบุผิวแบบ simple low columna epithelium with keratin แต่ในชั้น tunica muscularis ของกึ๋นชั้นกล้ามเนื้องเพียงชั้นเดียวที่มีความหนามาก กระเพาะอาหารตอนหน้า และกระเพาะอาหารตอนกลางคืนมีบุผิวแบบ stratified columna epithelium with striated border ไม่พบ keratin แต่กระเพาะอาหารตอนกลางจะมี folding มากกว่าตอนหน้า ลำไส้ตรง และทวารหนักมีเยื่อบุผิวแบบ simple low columna epithelium with keratin ทวารหนักพบ muscous glands ในชั้น lamina proria-tunica submucasa ระบบขับถ่ายใช้ต่อมคอกซัล ระบบหายใจใช้ gill lamella ในการแลกเปลี่ยนก๊าซ และระบบสืบพันธุ์จะพบขบวนการสร้างเซลล์สืบพันธุ์ทั้งในเพศผู้ และเพศเมีย	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Collected organs of horseshoe crab were processed by paraffin techique. The tissues were cut at 6 um thickness and were stained with H + E, Masson's Trichrome. The results indicated that intergument were straified squamous ipithelium with keratin. The wall in digestive tract consisted of 4 layers : tunica mucosa, lamina propria - tunica submucosa, tunica muscularis, tunica serosa. Oral cavity, esophagus, gizzard had simple low columma epithelium with keratin. The gizzard with tunica muscularis has thick muscle. But mid gut had many folding than open gut. Rectum and anus had simple low columna epithelium with keratin. Anus had mucous gland in lamina proria proria tunica submucosa. The excretory system had coxal glands. The respiratory system had gill lamella for exchanging gas and reproductive system had spermatogenesis and oogenesis.	en
