dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง บทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรีและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ต่อบทบาทการบริหารกิจการ คณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ตำแหน่ง พรรษา อายุวุฒิการศึกษาสามัญ วุฒิการศึกษาทางธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ เจ้าคณะตำบลเจ้าอาวาส ผู้ช่วยเจ้าอาวาส และพระภิกษุสงฆ์ที่อยู่ในเขตปกครองอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 296 รูป เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเฉลี่ยและใช้สถิติ One -way ANOVA สำหรับเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระที่มีตั้งแต่ 3 กลุ่มขึ้นไป เมื่อพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผู้วิจัยทำการทดสอบหาความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของ LSD (Leas significant difference test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี พบว่า โดยภาพรวมระดับบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรีอยู่ในระดับดีมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า บทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรีด้านการปกครอง เป็นอันดับ 1 อยู่ในระดับดีมากรองลงมา คือ ด้านการสาธารณูปการถัดมา คือ ด้านการศาสนศึกษา ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์และลำดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ต่อบทบาทการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า พระภิกษุที่มีระดับตำแหน่ง พรรษาอายุวุฒิการศึกษาสามัญ และวุฒิ การศึกษาทางธรรม ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการบริหารกิจการคณะสงฆ์ในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรีแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The research aims to study the administrative role of the Buddhist ecclesiastical official in the Sangha affairs in Muang District, Chonburi Province as well as carrying out a comparative study of the Buddhist monks’ opinions on the afore-mentioned role of the Buddhist ecclesiastical official by considering the influence of their personal factors, including positions, number of years in monkhood, age, educational background both in secular and religious education. The target groups of the research consist of Chao Khana Tambol (shire ecclesiastical head), abbots, deputy abbots, and monks residing in Muang District, Chonburi Province, 296 Buddhist monks in total. The tools used for collecting data are questionnaires. The statistics of data analysis, such as frequency, percentages, standard deviations, mean, and the One-way ANOVA are applied for comparing the existing difference across independent variables of three groups and more. When the significant difference in statistics at 0.5 point is detected, the result is tested to find out pair differentiation by employing the method called LSD (Leas Significant Difference Test). The findings point out that, first, in regard to the administrative role of the Buddhist ecclesiastical official in Muang District, Chonburi Province, the overall outcome appears very satisfying. Considering the most prominent aspect, it happens that governance under the Buddhist ecclesiastical official is at the forefront of a very good opinion. While construction and renovation of temples, religious studies, charitable work for the public, educational assistance and dissemination of Buddhism are ranked second, third, fourth, fifth, and last respectively in descending importance. Second, on the comparative study of the Buddhist monks’ opinions classified by their personal factors on the administrative role of the Buddhist ecclesiastical official in Muang, Chonburi, it comes out that the Buddhist monks with different positions, years in monkhood, age, secular and religious education have different opinions with a significantly statistical figure at 0.5 point.
