| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่ภาค ตะวันออกในการตอบสนองต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ผ่านการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ประเด็นหลักที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องใน 2 มิติ ได้แก่ ความรู้ความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของบรรณารักษ์ และความสอดคล้องของนโยบาย แผนการปฏิบัติงาน กิจกรรม/โครงการที่มีการดําเนินการภายในห้องสมุดกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บรรณารักษ์และผู้บริหารห้องสมุด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาในการวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บรรณารักษ์ห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกมีระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนอยู่ในระดับดี และห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษามีบทบาทหลักในการเป็นศูนย์กลางแห่งการรวบรวมและเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ในส่วนของความท้าทายและอุปสรรคที่ห้องสมุดเผชิญสามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1. งบประมาณในการดําเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน 2. ความรู้ความเข้าใจของบรรณารักษ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรม/โครงการให้มีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน 3. การจัดทําแผนยุทธศาสตร์ห้องสมุดให้มีความสอดคล้องต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และ 4. การแสวงหาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการดําเนินงานห้องสมุดให้มีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | This research aims to examine the role of academic libraries in the Eastern region of Thailand in addressing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study focuses on analyzing key issues in two dimensions: (1) librarians’ fundamental understanding of the SDGs and (2) the alignment of library policies, operational plans, activities, and projects with the SDGs. The research sample consists of librarians and library administrators. Data collection tools include tests, questionnaires, and interviews, withcontent analysis employed to interpret the research findings. The research findings indicate that academic librarians in the Eastern region of Thailand possess a good level of foundational knowledge and understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Academic libraries play a central role in collecting and disseminating knowledge and information resources related to the SDGs. However, the libraries face several challenges and obstacles, which can be categorized into four key areas 1) budget constraints for initiatives related to the SDGs 2) librarians' understanding of how to organize activities or projects aligned with the SDGs 3) developing strategic library plans that align with the SDGs and 4) building collaborative networks to support library operations in alignment with the SDGs. | th_TH |
