dc.description.abstractการศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง "ความต้องการรับบริการทางวิชาการทางด้านการเมืองการปกครอง การบริหารรัฐกิจ และกฎหมาย ขององค์การทางชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและประเด็นความต้องรับบริการทางวิชาการทางด้านการเมืองการปกครอง การบริหารรัฐกิจ และกฎหมาย ขององค์กรในจังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก และเพื่อศึกษาถึงรูปแบบ ลักษณะ และแนวทางในการให้บริการทางวิชาการของคณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ซึ่งการวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงผสม ระหว่างเชิงปริมาณ และเชิงคุณภาพจากกลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ ภาครัฐ ภาคประชาสังคม และภาคเอกชนในจังหวัดชลบุรี จังหวัดระยอง และจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 400 องค์กร เนื้อหาครอบคลุมทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน คือ การเมือง การปกครอง การบริหารรัฐกิจ และกฎหมาย ปรากฎผลการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1. สภาพปัญหาทางด้านการเมืองการปกครอง การบริหารรัฐกิจ และกฎหมาย ขององค์กรในจังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก พบว่า โดยภาะรวมองค์กรในจังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก มีระดับความรุนแรงของปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ความต้องการรับบริการวิชาการด้านการเมืองการปกครอง การบริหารรัฐกิจ และกฎหมาย ขององค์กรในจังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก พบว่า โดยภาพรวมองค์กรในจังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก มีระดับความต้องการอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. รูปแบบการรับบริการวิชาการขององค์กรทางชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก มีรูปแบบการรับบริการที่เหมาะสมอยู่ 5 อันดับ คือ 1) การให้บริการแนะนำช่วยเหลือในการปฏิบัติงาน 2) การให้บริการจัดการฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น 3) การให้บริการจัดประชุมสัมมนาทางวิชาการ 4) การให้บริการจัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการณ์ และ 5) การให้บริการเป็นที่ปรึกษาโครงการวิจัยth_TH

dc.description.abstractalternativeA research project on "The Requirement for Academic Service in Political and Government, Public Administration and Law of the Eastern Coastal Province Organization" has objectives to study local area problems and the requirement for academic community service in the area of Political and Government, Public Administration and Law of the Eastern Coastal Province Organization. In addition, it is necessary to analyze the appropriateness of pattern, form and guideline of academic community service of the Faculty of Political Sciences and Law, Burapha University. The research has conducted based on mixed method between Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research, gathering information from targeted groups of people within givernment, public and private sectors totally 400 organizations. The content of study comprises political sciences, public administrationm and law. The results are listed as follows: 1) Local problems for the governmental, public or private sectors of the Eastern Coastal Province Organization in terms of political science, public administration and law are overall in the low levels. 2) The requirement for academic community service in Political and Government, Public Administration and Law of the Eastern Coastal Province Organization are overall in the medium levels. 3) The appropriateness of Academic Services of the Eastern Coastal Province Organization is consisted of 5 patterns (1) Service on consulting in performing their work; (2) Short course seminar; (3) Services on conference and seminar on academics; (4) Services on traning workshop; (5) Mentor service on researches.th_TH
